Ulrike worked for 20 years in Europe, Africa and Latin America with non-profits and the United Nations in the area of human rights, women's rights and environmental issues. She also taught at the University of South Florida (Tampa) and the University of Koblenz-Landau. With her doctoral research on the United Nations Global Compact, Ulrike broadened her expertise on business and human rights, social and environmental standards. She has published books and articles on women's rights, human rights and sustainability issues.
She consults for non-profits on strategic planning, fundraising and organizational development.

Kristina is a creative and passionate video producer, marketer, and media professional with extensive experience leading video productions. Her video and multimedia productions are outstanding, on time, and within budget.
Kristina supervises cross-functional teams of editors, producers, filmmakers, and production managers for both in-house and agency projects. She has recorded videos on cooking, innovative education models, life stories and more. Her clients include Microsoft, PBS, MainVUE Homes, the Legacy Project among others.
